FAQ Module

 

This module provides a way to answer questions about a product or service. It displays the questions succintly in a list until the visitor clicks a question to reveal the answer text.

Adding a Question

The in-page module, as well as the list reached by clicking View All, has an Add button. On the Add page, there is a single line text field for the question, a rich text field for the answer, and a single line text for a "short answer".  The short answer should be a preview or summary of the full-text answer.

Managing Questions

Click the View All link on the in-page module to view and manage the list of questions. Each question has a 3-dot menu which allows editing or removing.  Editing a question shows the same fields as when adding the question.
