If you are an administrator you will have access to the following options:

 

Manage Administrators

Add/Remove/Update any existing administrators in this section of the admin.

Administrators are the accounts that grant access to this interface. Administrators can be given two access levels:

• (Full) Administrator: Can edit all pages, feeds, and modules of the site. This level also allows adding, removing, and changing the passwords for other administrators.
• Editor: Can edit specific pages only. An Administrator gives an Editor edit permissions on a per-page basis. Editors cannot change site settings or Administrator account information.

Add/Remove/Update any existing users in this section of the admin.

Users is generally a placeholder unless the site has purchasing, reservations, event registrations, or other features which require site visitors to sign up and verify their email address.
